  My portable RICCAR vacuum just stopped working so I brought it into Brookfield Vacuum expecting not to see it for a few days. They called me back about three hours later saying it was fixed. They replaced a faulty wire and even put in a new dust bag at a very reasonable price. There were a couple of other customers in the store at the time and and all I heard was friendly banter.
